Team Selection & Training
The Team is selected by picking the fastest twenty paddlers over 500m in an O1 on a set day and venue. Time trials are open to anyone who is over 40, and has lived in this country for over 3 years. The only other requirement is that you must be a member of the British Dragon Boat Racing Association before the time trial.
